i always come back here and the front desk team is just so lovely! the food and beverage team is also great and they always make me smile! emilio and fabius are absolute stars and. i just can't wait to return!
i booked a superior twin room. but i got an interconnecting room instead, a big letdown! also, the noise from a party downstairs went on past 1am. i got no offer for a quieter room or anything! i didn't think it was acceptable for a hotel with these standards.
